GitHub URLs are now grouped by organization/user, instead of the GitHub domain name. #46

Here is an example. The URL in grey next to the title, instead of saying "github.com", says "github.com/keyth72". And when you click on the link, you go to a page with only submissions from that github profile.

This is a very recent change, but I don't know where it goes in the categories in the main README. (I'll make a PR if someone has a suggestion).

This also happens for posts from medium and twitter.
