Links to headings in notes do not work

If I have a link to [[Note#Heading1]], the script creates a file named #Heading1.md. This isn't valid. I'm not sure what the expected result is within the context of AnyType. Potentially all such links should be converted to links with names like Note1_Heading1.md.

Yes, this case (link to heading in note ) is not supported. I'll try to process this in the future.
