When 2 students submit exact same assignment.
There sha1 file name will be same
if we reset state of one student from staff debug info then file will be delete from storage.

Expected behavior:

staff should be able to download assignment for second student.

Actual behavior

staff will not able to download assignment for second student. because both student have one file in system
