  • distrcompose => deprecate crank => distr, only from lp
  • get_mortality => replace survivalmodels::surv_to_risk (copied it over, added some more docs) + Rcpp code to assert_surv_matrix
  • update and simplify crankcompose pipeop and pipeline
  • add responsecompositor pipeline
