Moonlight portable for PC not going on the foreground

I've been using Moonlight for years now and recently got a new PC running on Windows 11.

I'm using the portable PC client as always, and for some reason recently, when I open the app, the main window does not appear, but the app is shown as running in the background in the task manager.

I've noticed this issue with other applications, like Audacity, so I'm not totally sure this is due to Moonlight.

Does anyone have a guess?
