mpv version and platform

mpv git-e02cb67 (C) 2000-2016 mpv/MPlayer/mplayer2 projects built on Thu Aug 18 07:57:49 CEST 2016
Linux tornado 4.7.0-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Aug 8 22:05:58 CEST 2016 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Reproduction steps

  1. Enable image-display-duration=inf
  2. Open an image
  3. Try to rotate it with, say, add video-rotate 90
  4. Nothing happens

Expected behavior

I should be able to rotate the frame in the same way I can zoom it in and out.
Haven't tested for similar options such as manual AR correction, which might suffer from similar downsides.

Actual behavior

I can't rotate the image. Furthermore, even without image-display-duration and with loop-file=yes alone, the reaction to change of rotation happens within 1s since issuing it, which makes me believe it's controlled by a timer of some sort, and this is what causes this issue.
