I've been eagerly trying to install this mod for about a week now and I keep having the same error.

P.S: 1.I do not have python installed so I don't know if that's the problem. 2.I have put my apices.txt file inside my main DDLC folder. 3. I removed the game from Steam's files so it can run better and so I don't have Monika bugging me about her being ran with steam. 4. I Have put my info on what location I want it to register in the whole city lookup thing. And 5.I'm currently running a MacBook Pro running macOS Ventura 13.01.
