Crash to desktop upon startup

Hello again.

I was trying to open MAS tonight, but it crashed. Looking over the traceback.txt, it looks like when OWM's web API is down, MAS with this submod can't open. This persists after a reboot, and I do have internet access.

With the submod removed, MAS opens normally.

Is there any other information that would be helpful?

Today, I re-added Auto Weather Change, and MAS worked as normal, which I think is further support for the the crash happening due to OWM's web API being down last night. What I find confusing however is that when I don't have internet access, MAS still opens successfully.
