IIUC, this line contains the text that appears on the front page of the website:

Before you can submit a paper to JOSS, you need to add your email address and GitHub handle to <%= link_to "your profile &rarr;".html_safe, profile_path %>.

Given it's prominent location, I would suggest changing "JOSS" to "neurolibre" here. I would make a PR, but I can't because this repo is a fork of the JOSS repo and I already have a fork of that repo, and this is a much easier way to go.
