If a pipeline fails, a user has limited possibilities to find out what went wrong. The user interface shows crashes when plot functions fail, but the actual error happened before that and is hidden in the logs. It would be nice to propagate the previous errors to the user interface.

The Grid Search pipeline even crashes, but continues running without ever producing output. A user would not know what happened.
