For the second app (with title Biographie), I can't assign the sparql query to an app, because the path is different:

what I receive from SPARQL has the following structure: results => bindings => 0 => bio => value
but in the abstract tree structure there is one part missing: results => bindings => bio => value

as you can see in the screenshots.
