REQ: turn kwyk into a niflow

i believe the kwyk application may be a good candidate for an example niflow (could be at: org.neuronets.kwyk ).

• requires a specific version of nobrainer for now
• has docker/singularity options
• a test can be added
• involves a saved model (so the models can be turned into datalad entries)

Sounds cool, I would be up for testing that. So basically, the idea would be to create an example niflow where the saved model is applied to new data and folks can specify e.g. the type of model to apply, right? @djarecka would you be in as well and if so, how should we coordinate the tasks?
