感谢贡献代码，不过我觉得flac封装的意义不是很大，mp4封装已经足够通用。

对于PC来说是这样的，但是某些嵌入式设备或者MP3播放器对m4a的支持并不是很好

pubTime可以直接用ffmpeg写进metadata里, 命令:
-metadata creation_time="yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss.mmmmmmZ"

捯饬出来了一个能用的GUI联合ffmpeg可以比较方便地将bbdown下载的音频批量转换为flac和mp3
