@tonyqus - would it be reasonable to do #597 when you actually publish, making sure sharpziplib >=1.2.0 vs. = 1.2.0 (2.5.3's nupkg is more strict than <= 2.5.2)

5 days later and NuGet still has 2.5.3 as latest version. Could you please update it in there as well? Thanks.

@malhotrar I'm planning to setup as sharpziplib >=1.3.1. Don't worry.

I'm not implying anything, I asked cos of this issue: Unable to resolve dependencies. 'SharpZipLib 1.3.2' is not compatible with 'NPOI 2.5.3 constraint: SharpZipLib (= 1.2.0)'.

Got an app and can't update it cos of this issue. That's all.
