I've replaced the out-of-order CJS exec item with the current PR for named exports parsing, to update to the current directions and instead of having two separate items for the same topic.

I've also added a recent PR for unflagging import.meta.resolve to the agenda as well.

Hope that sounds ok, any suggestions / changes to the agenda welcome.
