Like some of the other charts in the NVD3 Library, it would be great to be able to adjust both the legend and the controls position for the chart.

Proposal:
legendPosition: possible values ['top' (default), 'bottom']
controlsPosition: possible values ['top' (default), 'bottom']

@liquidpele what do you think about the above suggestion and P.R.? Seems to be consistent with how some of the other charts operate. Let me know how we can proceed, thanks!
