QA can't 100% reproduce this issue.

It usually happens the first time user open the app and enter to prod page.

On android phone, it almost happened every time. so that I even can't enter to checkout process.

If we need to wait for Refresh JWT token every 5 minutes ( https://app.asana.com/0/1201016280880500/1202876471263327/f ) finished, then this issue could be fixed, I think we can't public app in 0829 sprint.

Can you please be more precise, is it "almost" every time (like 90% opportunity?) or "every time" (100% opportunity)
