Make external links open in a new window/tab by default #6

Example:

In the image above, the links open in the same tab. Thus if user wants to go back to where he was, he has to navigate to the location right from scratch!

Please also make this common behavior for all external links.

This is unfortunately how markdown links work. I don't think there is a way to make links open in a new tab unless we use full html syntax. :-p

Can we Kramdown it? :-D I am not sure if it is feasible though.
