Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Update the Types and URL Loader libraries to pull in updated Video Player types.

This unlocks the textTracks property for the CldVideoPlayer component allowing people to add captions and subtitles.

Primarily adding documentation for the feature.

Describe the solution you'd like

Relevant Next.js changes: cloudinary-community/next-cloudinary#517
