When applying the generated import.yaml in a manual import scenario. The deployment of the klusterlet failed because the klusterlet crd is not ready yet.

Workaround:
Re-apply the generated import.yaml

Solution:
Split the import.yaml in 2 files. one for CRD and one for the rest.
