Extraction broken for projects without JS #26

The extract command assumes makemessages will produce a djangojs.po. However, if the project does not include any JavaScript files, djangojs.po will not be created. This causes the extract command to fail when it attempts to rename the non-existent file.

Update the command to only work with files that exist.
