Testing:
I have tested the changes with following steps:

• Install xblock-image-modal into xblock-sdk
• Test xblock-image-modal functionality and not crashes
• Run tox tests

version 4.0.0 is not published on pip when i was developeing it was 3.3.0. ig @feanil changed it to 4.0.0.
