I created a few tests (both Jasmine & QUnit) for the recent
toFixed()edge cases in the merged PR #164 and the fixes that are included in the open PR #165 from @gustavlrsn.In addition, I created a test for open issue #167. I have a feeling you will see a solution to this one in the near future. :)
