  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue of the failing GitHub Actions due to bad credentials. The error was thrown by the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action, indicating an issue with the GitHub token used for authentication.

The changes made ensure that the correct token, BOT_GITHUB_TOKEN, is used for the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action in the lock-threads.yml workflow.

• Modified the lock-threads.yml workflow to use the BOT_GITHUB_TOKEN for the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action.
• Added instructions for creating or updating the BOT_GITHUB_TOKEN secret in the repository's settings if it's missing or incorrect.
