Describe the solution you'd like
Currently, segments are stored under index-name/shard-id path. This change proposes to add cluster UUID to the path.

Why not index-uuid. Indices can be deleted and recreated with the same name

Changed title and scope of this task.

  1. Need to make path of remote segment store and remote translog consistent
  2. Also, need to define the path based on parititioning scheme that different remote store supports.
