Will let me stay for the weekend.
Everything test on my fork is running well.
Only this exact repo is not able to read secret values from github secrets.

Close this PR as I found the issue is related to fork branch.
The secret only being retrieved if the PR is initially opened from core repo when adding the github action for the 1st time.
