[META] Multi node support for AD Extension

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently, the development work going on in feature/extensions is for single node AD Extension. The current work is being track in opensearch-project/OpenSearch#5224. The next steps for AD Extension includes supporting multiple AD Extension nodes running remotely separately. This will help us to get in sync and achieve the same functionalities like AD plugin.

The issues required for multi node support are below:

• [FEATURE] Add support in the SDK to retrieve IndexingPressure information from OpenSearch #655
• Anomaly Detection Create components integration with HashRing #200 - Plugin uses HashRing to coordinate between different AD nodes. AD Extension would need a similar coordination framework.
• Implement TransportNodesAction equivalent for SDK #683
• [FEATURE] Implement ADTaskManager component #371
