Do not move local banner and profile images, copy them instead #179

As mentioned by OP in #178, local banner and profile images are moved, resized, and then deleted.

They should by copied, the copy will then be resized and then deleted

Solved by 2bcd9db, merged with #182 (which forgot to mention this issue, too many things have been fixed at once!

I will update the changelog of 2.2.0 to mention this.
