This change obviously is necessary to allow the release of drgn on OL with the proper RPM packaging. But it is also required for getting the CI tests running with the latest version. Signed-off-by: Stephen Brennan <[email protected]>

I've enabled an initial build of drgn 0.0.29 in the VM test images, and rebuilt them. This happened to pull in the recent UEK7 U3 update which had a breakage for the NVME code, so I've included a fix.
There were no detected issues with the drgn-tools test suite on 0.0.29!
This will be backported to the stable-v1 branch.
