Transgender student using different name on github from School ID

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to apply for the student pack for github but currently my github account is using a preferred name while my legal name on my school ID is different - thus leading towards a rejection of my application. I don't want to change my name on github due to confidentiality and personal gender identity issues either. Any guidance is appreciated on this topic :(
