Similar to #3580 We do not have insight into registrations that have a before webhook do not have an after webhook. Is it drop off, actual failure etc.

Describe your ideal solution

A webhook that fires after a registration fails that includes some context as to why and what method of registration was used, username/password, oidc etc.
Happy to make a PR for this similar to #4101
