When UI updates go live, change "trigger" noun to "event"

The UI is being updated to use the noun "event" instead of "trigger" (although the latter can still be used as a verb). When UI updates go live, change "trigger" noun to "event".

For example, change:
... Select newStock as the trigger, and Create new row as the action.
to
... Select newStock as the event, and Create new row as the action.
