Aero borders (7/Vista) are too slim #1160

Hey,
Running on W7 x64 aero theme with DisableAero=0, my 16bits apps have a border looking smaller than it should be, making it abit weird in comparaison to regular 32 or 64bits apps.

This is intended for compatibility.

Oh i see
Setting the compatibility to windows 7 (both vista and 7 work in the meantime, until ill use the compatibility administrator tool) on OTVDM fixed the borders, ill trun it off if i have an issue with an other app
