Korg NS5R Sound Editor instable + display bugs

Trying to get the Korg NS5R synth editor to get running - since the similar Korg X5DR editor is running pretty decent by now.

It starts and in some moments it works as expected but it apparently has problems displaying the interface correctly and thus tends to crash quickly.

Things to try:
After start click on "User Prog" -> Nothing happens. You have to click "Global" or "User Combi" first.
When in User Prog, click on OSC Parameter and then Edit OSC. The button overlays with "Edit Common" and acts as such. (You can edit the OSC parameters by now double clicking the prog number.)

OTVMD Build: 2372 + 2161 (same behaviour)
