Installation on Windows under XAMPP #1156

Describe the bug

Whatever I try, all extensions are enabled, I'm unable to install the cms.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

download any kind of xampp and install it (with php 8, 8.1, or 8.2)
copy the 17.9.x downlaod unzipped folders int othe xampp's htdocs folder
enable the extensions in the php.ini (suggest to enable all ;extension=.... change to extension=..... and start the apache and mysql server
See error

Anyone else was sucessfully installed this cms and tried it out under Windows 11, by using XAMPP at all? :(

in ph7cms root folder open cmd and type composer install and repeat it in_install folder then it will work
