Tracking issues for RA related improvements

• Proper support for import aliases and attributes on imports rust-lang/rust-analyzer#14079: It would allow us to, assuming we mark things correctly as #[doc(hidden)], be confident that RA will not suggest someone to import frame_support::__hideen_inmports::perbill
• RA + Proc macro Switch proc macro docs to be on re-exports so we can have doc links to outer crate items polkadot-sdk#247. ATM we prioritize rust-docs, so the RA docs of proc macros are meh.
