[Feature Request] User friendly DB broken warning instead of panic

I was submit several times of panics led by DB corrpution

For example

• Corruption: Bad block content #12346
• Error: Service(Client(Backend("Invalid argument: Column families not opened: col11, col10, col9, col8, col7, col6, col5, col4, col3, col2, col1, col0"))) #9836

I propose that Substrate can show a human readable error instead of panic which made users confused and the chain devs maybe ask for digging in
