And remove the chain_status field from the handshake.

In network protocol 6 we deprecated the chain_status field, with the intent of removing it in version 7.

This concerns the legacy substream, which is no longer in use except as a fallback for old versions, and is itself going to be removed entirely (cc #5670). Closing.
