v0.1.1 of `plotmm` on CRAN

Latest release fixes several bugs, some raise by external review (thanks Kurt Hornik and Thomas Pedersen!), issue tickets, or from our internal review of the code. We are excited to share the latest stable version of plotmm. Also, we've developed a basic vignette (instead of an overly verbose README).
