FL-35 Use different numbers of paddings on all sides

Preconditions

Create a board
Create 3 ellipses inside the board
Click "+" button next to "Layout"
Select " Flex layout" option
Click "Independent paddings" button in the right side menu

Steps to reproduce

• Step 1
  Action: Click "Bottom" field and type "-20" and click Enter

Actual result

Button padding has 0

Expected Result:

Button padding has -20px and not displays with pink color while hovering the cursor
