Angular and React Single SPA with Module Federation

Purpose: Get Angular and React apps working with Single SPA and Webpack Module Federation

Current problems to solve:

• Shared dependencies to come from the Shell app and initialising correctly
• Try and get authentication working in app 2 - to test dependency injection

Getting started

• lerna bootstrap
• npm run start
• open http://localhost:4300/
