when I run --enable-memcache --with-memcached

I want to use the php_memcached extension in win10 with php 7.2.
And I already have php_memcache extension and it works well.But some projects need php_memcached so I have to do that.
I know that php_memcached needs libmemcached.But there is no any win edition ,so I am facing a big problem now.
I have found a libmemcached source code and it seems to have the libmemcached.dll.
What can I do to get the php_memcached.dll?
