Observed behaviour

Since a while the windows installer creates a different directory struture than it used to. The game will not start from this structure, since it will not find the files.
It creates a bin directory with the executables, and a share/pioneer/ where all the license files and the data directory are at:

Previously there was only a data directory in there, and all the binaries, dlls and license files were in the top directory where you installed Pioneer:

@Web-eWorks believes #5626 might be the culprit.

Expected behaviour

Pioneer to install and run properly

Steps to reproduce

Install Pioneer from any windows artefact built recently.
From this for example.

My pioneer version (and OS):
Windows 10.

My output.txt (required) and game save (optional, but recommended)
