Possible IE bug or weird behavior: deleting a database while creating another (not waiting for it to completed) seemed to be causing test failures on IE, where none of the createDatabase requests ever came back, not even as blocked. Rearranged the tests to avoid it, but should reconstruct this to identify the issue
