RawGit used to serve SDK file is Sunsetting #166

The RawGit service used to serve the SDK assets is sunsetting. We should move away with that as soon as possible. We can perhaps use GitHub Pages or the PWD server itself to serve those files. (relates #126).

Thx for the notice. We'll probably use unpkg as it works from China as well.
