[Feature Request] Allow for setting animation speed or disabling it entirely

Traditional window managers like i3 or Sway don't have any kind of animation for moving windows around or switching workspaces. Although this makes the experience feel less fluid, it makes moving windows and navigating workspaces a little bit faster and more efficient. If COSMIC had the option to either disable the animations or speed them up to be faster than default, I think that would be a great cusomization feature that would make COSMIC even more appealing to traditional WM users.
