Currently you must log in to use quizlink. We should consider allowing
non-authenticated users to take public quizzes. Their sessions would not be
associated with any particular user, and we would need to work out the
details of when/if these sessions are removed from the system. There would
be no requirement that non-authenticated users would have the ability to
view their past sessions.
