This PR adds a proper country code for Great Britain to the EEA country code list.
It's needed because UK is a reserved country code for Great Britain, whereas GB is the official country code. So both of them are valid, but some geo vendors use only GB, some only UK. So it is better to have both of them defined as EEA.
