I think the fix to be implemented here is that we shouldn't have a Panic Exception, but rather an informative error that dates prior to 1600 can't be handled. The changes for this will be in |

should only accept datetime values that are in the future.However, when I pass a year between 1000 and 1599 it gets accepted.
