Release to test PyPI public index without deployed to env - with Github Actions

Hi, I'm posting here following some changes in the CICD of a project I work on.

One of the job consists in releasing library artifacts to the Test PyPI public index. We recently moved to the trusted-publisher approach and we are now seeing extra messages in the PR conversation. Every time a commit is performed, the following messages appears

I don't mind seeing such message for cases were we are doing a real release but here we are just "testing". Is there a way for us to deactivate those misleading messages or should we get accustomed to it (they make sense in the first place)? If this doesn't exist but could be implemented, could you give me a few pointer so that I can implement it myself ? I don't really know what triggers that message.
